Born in 1980, she is a master of SWJTU and PhD student majoring in landscape engineering. Since 2009, she has successively held the posts of counselor, deputy secretary of Youth League Committee, Secretary of party affairs, Secretary of urban and rural planning department, assistant director of urban and rural planning department, etc.
